STEP 1: Ensure you have read our full package information and all the F.A.Q’s on this page before booking. If you have any questions please get in touch via our contact page.

STEP 2: Click BUY TICKETS to view our availability and to book your party online. If the time slot is ‘gray’ then that party is already sold out.

STEP 3: Following deposit payment we will send you a confirmation email. Please ensure you read this as it contains important information and further instructions which require your action such as waivers & food intolerance information.

STEP 4: Send out your invites.

STEP 5: On the Day… Party time! A party host will greet you and support you throughout your party.

Please click BUY TICKETS to view our availability and book your party. Parties are available 7 days a week during our normal hours of operation. All party packages include 10 ninjas. Additional ninjas can be added for a per ninja fee.

If you would like to book a larger party, please book at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm or 7pm so we can accommodate you.

Parties can add spectators free of charge. Spectators must complete a waiver and are not permitted on the attractions. If you wish to participate, please add on as an additional guest. We have a café area where parents and guardians are welcome to relax in the café

Your package includes 2 pizzas per 10 ninjas and 2 choices of unlimited fountain soda. You can add additional pizzas to your party, additional soda choices, and chips.

If you wish to bring in other outside food (except cakes), then there is a $75 charge.

You are welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes, but any other outside food will incur a $75 charge.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome and our team will be happy to assist decorating, however, we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached/stuck to the walls as this can cause damage.

Please note that you will have access to your party space 15 minutes prior to the start of your allotted party room time.

We do have free lockers available on site for your shoes and belongings. We do not advise that you take any valuables onto the course but if you choose to then ensure any items are safely secured safely on you, or are secured in a zipped pocket. Funparx Santa Ana is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity including athletic shoes – no Crocs!.  Athletic shoes must be worn on the main truss obstacle course in the park. Anyone with unsuitable footwear will, unfortunately, be unable to participate and refunds or additional time will not be provided.

All users must also wear Funparx toe grip socks which are purchased upon booking online or at registration. These are socks specifically designed for the inflatable course to allow grip for climbing and slip for sliding!

In the unfortunate event Covid-19 restrictions affect your planned celebrations you will be contacted by our team as soon as possible to discuss options and find the best solution for your needs. Should your booking need to be reduced, moved or cancelled to comply with Government restrictions you will be issued a gift voucher for the value (or difference in value) of your booking as agreed to at the checkout.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used against all our sessions and merchandise, or divided into smaller values to make great gifts for others
